It was a saga, but totally worth it.
I decided on this chair after almost a month of researching the best affordable nursing rocking recliner. I went to stores, checked ok n other websites, everything. So I have to say I was REALLY UPSET when it arrived and the box looked like it was mauled by a bear. Of course, the recliner inside was broken as well - the arm had split in two, and the seat was crooked.I contacted the company, and they answered almost immediately offering a refund. Yet I didn't want a refund, I was 39 weeks pregnant and all I wanted was my nursing chair. So they offered to ship me another one as soon as possible with no extra charge. And I gotta say, not only their consumer service was a pleasure to deal with, as well as the CHAIR IS AMAZING. I've had it for two months now and it is perfect as a nursing chair. I'm fairly tall (5'9 - 175cm) and it is the perfect size for me, even a bit big, which works perfectly with the boppy pillow. The chair also kinda "hugs" you when reclining, so I feel safe with my baby while she naps on top of me.My husband is 6'2 (185cm) and he also fits just fine in this recliner. The reclining range goes to almost flat, which I love for my tired back. The rocking is really nice too, and if you push a little more when reclining, you can still feel a slight rocking motion. The swivel feature is also super nice, I can position myself facing the TV or our bed, without having to get up and move the chair. The arms are soft and well padded, as is the rest of the chair. I sometimes also use a really soft blanket on it if I know I'll be spending the night on the recliner. But it could definitely do without.I've "slept" (not really sleeping but...) numerous nights on this recliner and I feel that if it wasn't this comfortable, I'd definitely have a worse day than just for the sleep deprivation. The only con: I have a really hard time trying to close it with the baby. When I was pregnant it was just fine, but with the baby I don't seem to have figured out a way to close the recliner without bending forward too much. So I usually just get up with it still open or ask hubby to help. But for the price, you really can't beat it. It was a true saga to find this recliner but I highly recommend it.2y update:Keeping the 5 stars! This chair has not only held well trough a lot of use (and abuse), as I also consider it one of the best purchases I've ever done. Baby (now a toddler) and I still take naps cuddling in this chair, read books together and even watch movies on the tablet together - all while comfortably reclining! My sister-in-law had a baby and was super upset she couldn't buy one of these recliners too (she lives abroad). That is how great this thing is!New mommas or toddler parents, BUY THE RECLINER. Seriously!

Easy to assemble but definitely not soft.
My chair arrived quickly (a day early even). The shipping box was pretty torn up but the chair was intact and I was able to get it in my house and unpacked alone (one woman job). It was very easy to put together, just slide the back on and two side pieces on. The downsides are that it is VERY firm (hard seat and back) and the back isn't as tall as I envisioned but it's fine for me at 5'6". I was hoping for a squishier seat but I'm sure it will loosen up. I ordered the beige and love the color. When reclined it's pretty comfy. You can't recline the back without footrest being out which is a bummer to me. Overall a good chair for the price. Probably won't buy another chair without sitting in it first but this will serve my purpose well for an inexpensive rocker/recliner. The footrest is hard to put down but look at it as an ab workout and you'll feel better about reclining in front of the TV. I'm pleased with it so far (day one). It rocks and swivels smoothly.

Rubbing on base when swiveling
Bought this recliner in Januaey of 2019. Was happy with it at first it is comfortable and all however not even 10 months later you swivel in it when reclining the frame of chair rubs on base of chair. Does this while reclining and just sitting in it trying to swivel. Will never purchase another recliner from Amazon!

Footrest is hard to put up and down unless you remove springs.
For the price this chair is fine. It is a large recliner and comfortable. It isn't made that well which I expected because of the price and probably wouldn't hold up to rambunctious children but good for an older person. I did find it very difficult to put the footrest up and down. My solution was to turn it over and remove two heavy duty silver springs on the mechanism. Now it goes up and down with ease.

I'm not getting another.
For the money, it is OK. But nobody wants to sit in mine. Lower quality but its is a low price.

Very comfortable and the reversible covers fit great and make them look even better!
Love that they rock and swivel. Love the comfort. Made the perfect Christmas present. Love that they were delivered right to my door. We tend to fall asleep in our matching recliners, yes we love them. Nothing I did not like.

Very difficult to get the foot rest down making it difficult to use
Use for family room seating. You have to be a body builder get the footrest closed. Poor construction. Mine now after 3 months is non functional. One side falls all the way to the floor and is in need of repair. Seller will do nothing.

Buyer beware!
It tips over when I recline all the way back and my feet hang off the end and I’m only 5’4. The support bar on the very bottom of the recliner foot rest cane without a screw and I had to find one to use. It keeps coming apart every time I push the recliner closed with my legs. If I were elderly or had a bad back there would be NO way to get out of this chair without help. You have to climb out and then manually close it with your hands. What a cheap pain in arse.
