Great a/c unit
Great a/c unit,pretty quit, one concern it says its a wall unit but you cannot pull the chassis out for service found out later that it also requires another outer case to be install on the wall and then slide the unit in.

Don’t bother....
Can’t believe I had to even give this 1 star... Arrived damaged ! Just like another person posted as well. Annnnd had to argue with customer service for a full refund. Are you kidding me????
