Very comfortable but not the cooling effect I was expecting and what I bought it for. I haven't used the winter side yet and doubt I will need to given the heat I still feel on the summer side. I would pass on this purchase if you are looking for a cooling effect. It is however very comfortable and adds plenty of cushion to any mattress. I kept it only because it is slightly cooler than my mattress alone and the comfort it adds to the mattress. I have washed and dried it. There was no shrinkage and it appears so far to be a quality product except for the cooling effect.

Yeah, I know, nearly all of the pictures are somewhat misleading and I should have known better. But, the reviews were very good and the picture shows all of the mini-pillows blown up nice and tight. Looked like sleeping on a cloud. Well, it's not uncomfortable, but certainly doesn't have the "fluff" of the pic. I live in Florida, so the summer nights will soon tell the story on how well it helps keep me cool. I liked my Zen Bamboo Mattress top, as much or more.Speaking of staying cool, have you tried bamboo bed sheets? Why did it take me so long to find out how cool they can feel on a hot night?

I was definitely skeptical, but the last 3 nights I have not woken up once at night because I was hot. Love this cover, really keeps the bed cool, is comfy, and my only complaint is that I didnt buy it sooner!

I bought this mattress pad about a month ago. I was lookin for cooling mattress pad those days cause, god it’s been so hot! I live in TX and it’s been more than 100 degrees. And we got a big bedroom with a small ac. Me and my husband woke up every day because of the heat. I couldn’t stand it. But this mattress pad really help me out. It’s just so soft and thick. And it’s two sides mattress pad, which means I can still get to use it when it’s winter time! The quality is great. Totally would buy it again!

This was purchased for our guest room. Wanted something that was not only a mattress cover but had a little bit of plushness. This was perfect. It is cotton on one side and on the reverse, it is cushy and cozy for the winter. Loved it and it fit very well on my queen mattress. It delivered what I was looking for. That was not just a standard mattress cover but something that provided a bit more thickness and bonus it is reversable!

Yeah, it nice and comfy, but i am sleeping on a memory foam bed, and live in florida...so the cooling part on this might be not for me.. so far its not as "cooling" as the thinner one i bought and with reversible side for winter use, i feel like they just add on unecessary padding underneath, which trap your body heat, until you roll over.

Let me just say, that I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this mattress pad cover. I am a "princess" as in, I have a 2 inch foam piece on top of my mattress, then I have this on top of that. I was worried about buying this, but I am so glad I did. I even made my mom get one. Its super soft and comfortable. I am really excited about using the lined side in winter. I hope it keeps me toasty warm.

This product arrived literally stuffed in a cardboard box. No packaging, no care instructions, just a wadded up mattress pad jammed into a box barely big enough to hold it. I was afraid to put it on my bed because of sanitary concerns.

Doesn’t cool at all, it holds the heat in like crazy. Can’t use it because it’s to warm on the “cooling” side. Not really much foam added and doesn’t actually provide a barrier to protect the mattress. Just a glorified sheet
