I absolutely loved this ring when I received it. It was beautiful. We had to exchange to get the correct size but that was done with no problem. Fast forward two years. I contacted the seller because the diamonds were so dark and would never come clean. He advised me that there was probably metal dust underneath and he would be glad to take care of it. I thought this was amazing because I’d had my ring for a bit. I mailed it return receipt requested and it was signed for by the seller. Now the bad part, the seller has my ring and won’t answer any emails from myself, my husband or Amazon. I have no way of knowing why. Because I had the ring from Nov 2018, I can no longer get a refund from Amazon either. I am now out a beautiful ring, the only one I’ve ever had (I am 60) and I’m apparently out the $600 for the ring. Extremely frustrated as I will never again be able to afford a piece like this. 😢
