S.R. Smith DMS-101A-VW SealedSteel 4-Bend Deck Mounted Swimming Pool Handrail, Radiant White

Haven't installed it yet, but it's quite good looking! Love the coating on it & it'll be great to not need a handrail cover to keep it from getting too hot. When I had to pool built, I opted to not have any rails or ladders to detract from it's dark gray natural look. Now that I'm older & need one, I think this medium-dark gray color will still allow it to blend in & keep the natural appearance I prefer. I was also missing the matching escutcheons because of box damage, but filed a warranty claim on the S.R. Smith website & had replacements in 3-4 days at no charge! Quality handrail & great customer service too!

The hand rail is just as I expected. Looks great and is nice and sturdy. Makes getting in and out of the pool safe and easy. I was worried it would be in the way when sitting on the steps but it is not.

We returned this rail and exchanged it for the rail with a crossbar support st the bottom.

Great rail but it box was ripped and escutcheons were gone. That cost me.They are good rails.

1st delivery was damaged but the 2nd unit was in perfect shape and really happy with the product. looks great

Again as another customer mentioned. There's no matching escutcheons included.I was going to return, but I've already passed date.Ordered this prior to pool being put in and just opened package yesterday.That part is my fault, should have looked earlier.However, this has been noted by an earlier customer and it's still not fixed.That is not acceptable!

No Escutcheons. Can't install without them.Waiting
