CalFlor MD10065 UniTrim Waterproof 3-in1 Floor Molding, 5 Pack, Acacia, 5 Count

Returned this because the edges were unfinished and sharp. Something that shouldn't be on the floor where babies can easily cut themselves.

This transition piece looks good and installed easily. I did not use the mounting hardware because our transition had more than a 1/4" difference in heights between the two floors (laminate and tile). So I filled the gap between the two floors with silicone glue and then pressed the transition into the glue. Cleaned up excess glue and then laid sand bags on top for a few days. So far, so good!

I wanted vinyl in all the living spaces of our new doublewide (please don't judge me), but the manufacturer uses an ugly metal strip to cover the "gap" between halves. This looks SO much better and is the only transition piece I could find for vinyl to vinyl, everything else was for carpet to vinyl. Very happy!

I bought a transition strip at the big box store when I picked up the flooring. After installing the flooring I went to install the transition strip and it was junk MDF board with a vinyl decal in it terrible quality, I returned it and looked online and found this transition strip and ordered it. Color did not match 100% but close enough. Very easy to install, I used the spacer that came with it because I went from carpet to vinyl flooring. Looks very nice and I like that it is vinyl instead of MDF, I would buy this product again.

It did not come with dowels and the edge of the laminate is peeling right out of the package.

Arrived scratched. Had to cut off scratched parts to use.

Seems very solid on install.

Great product!! Had to add 1/8 inch shim but fit nicely after.
