These probiotics for women from Ching Chi work great for the price. I received my package quickly with Prime shipping. The product comes in a screw top plastic bottle. There are 60 capsule included. This is 1 month's supply as you are instructed to take 2 capsules daily.I have taken probiotics in the past and these seem to give me the same effects as other brands. I don't think there is anything exceptional about them, but they get the job done. The probiotics help to regulate digestion for me, and I don't have nearly as many stomach pains as I do without them.The reason that I have rated this 4 stars instead of 5 is that these capsules are hard to swallow, I have never had this problem with capsules in the past. They seem to get caught in my throat easily.The bottle states: Probiotic is a superior blend of probiotics and prebiotics. I have been amazed at the results. I've been taking them for a few weeks, two tablets a day with my lunch. Almost immediately, I had less bloating and abdominal pain. I have a health condition that contributes to difficultly maintaining regular bowel habits. Since using this, I have had no problems whatsoever. It works gently, but efficiently. Also, they strengthen your immune system. Due to a compromised immune system, that's unusual for me. Overall, I'm very happy. I received this product at a discount in return for my honest opinion.
