Q: how many cubic feet per min does it move?

Not sure abt CFM. But it extremely moves the air. it makes an uncomfortable garage comfortable again.I love it.

Q: Can this be used with plugging it into a car or truck?

You may can but don't know. It uses a regular electric outlet to plug it into which is a 120 volts I believe to power it. So it may work on a truck or car. May need to use a power inverter.But again I do know .
