Really like fireplace! Assembled well. Adds authentic ambience and warmth. I was concerned about how it would arrive. Arrived in 2 boxes. Delivery man alone lifted each box off truck and wheeled with a handcart into my garage. He kindly waited while I opened both boxes and took out each piece to inspect for any damage. Absolutely no damage. Since the fireplace came in several pieces, I was able to easily to carry each piece myself down into my basement that has many tight angles and a narrow hallway to turn. Except for the largest piece, my wife could have handled the rest. It is a very solid piece when put together.

We were looking at electric fireplaces for a year or two and they all have a poor quality flame, looks cheap. We saw this one and loved it, workmanship is top of the line, you won't be sorry it's great . Alot of flame control - options are included ...packed great....two boxes.we bought the " cracker sound " along with thewood insence. I'm 65 and put it together in just over an hour, buy myself . Directions were very, very easy. Just remember, you get what you pay for ...the unit is not a high price for what you get...believe me....Don't go cheap when buying a fireplace , you'll regret it. Everyone loves it and say it's the best they ever saw. Well, enough ...be done. ..go buy one... you'll love it. And no, I don't work for the company .

I have had my "Aspen" electic fireplace for a few weeks and I absolutely love it! I had been searching for about two years looking for just the right design and color that actually looked like a real fireplace and not an "entertainment center" . This is the height of the real thing and the wood is beautiful. The "slate" on the inside of the wood frame matched perfectly with my furniture and I loved the slate at the foot of the fireplace and so it has a bottom ledge and wood framing that gives it that professional finish to it. The flame has different degrees of flame and my friend had to touch the glass because it looked so real . All in all, I know I made the best selection and there were no others that even came close to this one. I have my tv on top of it plus my dvd and the Time Warner box and their was plenty of room for them. I put a scarve under them to protect the wood and have already had the flames on. I tested the heat and I know that it will heat my livingroom nicely this winter.

I love my new electric fireplace with mangle. It is very well made and was very well packed with clear instructions. The flame is very good and no matter what angle I try to look at it, the fire looks real. The fan is quiet and it heats gently, but very well. My wife and I assembled it in about an hour, very easy. I was impressed with the wood, it's very solid after assembly. Some of the stain for the wood was on the slate rocks and we're going to try and clean it off. But otherwise it's a great product and the fire is realistic. I like all the different settings for the flames.

We love our new fireplace. Very happy with the set up and all the different settings.Nice addition to the livingroom.
