Stainless Steel Coffee Scoop, 1 Tablespoon, Long handled Measuring Spoon

I needed a Tablespoon to use in my homemade laundry powder container. I had a couple of those odd serving spoons in my kitchen drawer that was "about a tablespoon", but wasn't sure it was enough when I scooped it up, so I was always putting in a little more "to be sure". I also had several loose tablespoons that lost their siblings - the teaspoon, half teaspoon, etc. However, the handles on those things are not long enough to go into my launder powder container. This coffee scoop is perfect. It scoops up the tablespoon that is all my laundry needs to get clean and has a long handle that allows me to get into the container. It is also a great price for a laundry spoon. I didn't need anything fancy, just one that was functional and gives the right amount of powder! I suppose it will work for coffee, as well ! ;-)

This coffee scoop is pure genius!I make varying amounts of coffee depending on how many people are drinking it. This used to require that I add fractions in my head before having had my coffee (and thus lacking mental acuity). For example: 1 tablespoon coffee grounds to 3/4 cup water; 2 tablespoons coffee grounds to 1.5 cups water, 3 tablespoons coffee grounds to 2.25 cups water, and so on.But since this scoop is 1.3 tablespoons, I no longer have to do any math! It's a 1 to 1 ratio: 1 scoop grounds to 1 cup water. Genius!I envision using this scoop for the rest of my life.

Good handle length and accurate size. But the overall quality could be better. It is not clear in the photo, but the stainless steel is polished everywhere but where you need it the most. The inside of the scoop has a satin finish which is bad for any dried ingredients because they will stick and it will be harder to clean. It is an additional costly process to polish the inside but I would have gladly paid more money for it. I also noticed on the back of the handle some indentations in the steel which suggest manufacturing quality control could be better. Returning it would cost more than the purchase price so it will have to do until the day I find the ideal coffee/tea scoop.

I bought this to refill K-Cups because it is the perfect size. It is also substantial--not at all flimsy. The only reason I don't give this fives stars is because the inside of the spoon's bowl is neither smooth nor plated. It has been manufactured with dozens of concentric-circle grooves, which cause the coffee to stick to the bowl even when the spoon is upside down. A rap will dislodge any remaining coffee, but will also sometimes send that coffee flying out of the spoon and onto the counter...or floor.

Excellent quality scoop, well made stainless. I'd always just used a regular spoon to scoop coffee before - this is a much better way to go, especially when using a coffee maker that you need to have a better gauge of how much you're using (which I need now w/ my new Zevro coffee maker). Recommended - especially at this price

Sturdy, wish bowl was a little deeper & smaller but works OK to tamp down grounds when filling my Eco K cup - much easier than using a plastic (broke 2) coffee measure or regular Tablespoon.

Perfect scoop size for my Breville Duo Temp Pro. A lot of other ones are just a tablespoon and I need something just a hair bigger. This coffee scoop is ideal. I use a wide-mouth quart jar with a plastic lid and the scoop fits perfectly.

I bought this to a coop homemade laundry detergent. My basement gets cold, so the laundry sauce gets thick and has broken a plastic scoop. This one is sturdy and great.
