Hi you are correct.its whole grain with all the 3 layers of the grain intact.outer most layer is called bran which is rich in fiber and nutrients .endosperm is the second layer which forms the majority of the grain rich in starch and of course the 3 part is the been germ which is nitrient rich sprouts into new wheat plant.
