Coolnut 20000 mAh QC (Quick Charge 3.0) Fast Charging Power Bank with 18W for iPhone, Samsung, One Plus and all SmartPhones (With Power Adapter + C Type connector)

My review is for two products together (1) COOLNUT CMPBAND-53 20000mAh and (2) FNS COOLNUT 20000mAh. I had bought them together; I am using one of them and my son uses the other – both the models change hands from time to time between the two of us. All the accessories (of both the models) have been mixed up; hence difficult to describe them separately. One came with a charger and other didn’t have one. But both the models are giving a superb performance.Design – attractive, compact, handy; has a good grip.Performance – as described. Charging is quite fast. It has auto off mechanism when your mobile battery is fully charged, or when you disconnect the load (mobile). Haven’t checked the exact capacity, but I can charge my moto g 5 several times.Customer service – can’t comment now. Haven’t had the reason to contact customer service; hoping that I don’t have to.Verdict – a dependable compact power house. Go for it.

Do not buy this product if you use. Smart phone even of a medium tech like Moto 4 G. It doesn't have the output power to power your phone if you are connected to WiFi and Mobile data . It does not charge the phone until you switch off the WiFi ,Mobile data , put off the screen and wait and wait . Just no comparison to the turbo charger .An expensive incompetent back up . Meant for low end phones .

I bought the full package one which has power adapter to charge power bank and a usb c type to connect phones to power bank. Also inside there is a tiny connector for iPhones too!! And the cool thing is to activate warranty on this product, u need to WhatsApp your order id n there is a warranty card inside with their WhatsApp number on it and they are available on WhatsApp for complaints and quiries. It's a bit on the heavy side considering it's power lol. Charges bit slow. But yeah it was able to charge my 3500mah device maybe around 4 times! Also it's conversion rate is good. Overall good product.

Edited after 4 months of use:This is a sheer waste of money. First the battery doesnt behave like a 20k mah, but like a 7k. If i put my Jiofi device on that for say 14 hours, almost 30-40% of my battery would get drained. The same jiofi device on my 2 yr old Mi 10k mah would only consume 25%. So much so for the big promises coolnut makes.Second it takes enormous amounts of time to get charged, and i am using the charger they provided. If one cant get these two things right, a powerbank doesnt make any practical sense keeping.Previous review within a few weeks of purchase:If you go by the review, you would feel that you are literally buying a gem for yourself. Unfortunately that is not the case and hence prompted me to write this reviewa) the charging time is longb) claims to be a 20000 mAh battery- not even close. 25% of the power gets discharged while connected to a Jiofi device for around 4-5 hours. I get 3 full charges on my Samsung S10. I used to get close to 2.5 times on my older Mi device which is like 10000 mAh and less than half the pricec) the cables and the charger which come along with it look cheap.The only two things I like is that it has a LED torch light kind of a thing which helps u look for things in dark, and two the color combination and the digital display makes it look premium

bought this in july 2019 and in 6 months it has stopped charging. and as it is not charged, cannot use it. i need the company to let me know how to avail the warranty of this product ?? the helpline number given - 1800XXXXX is not working. any other support which the company gives ? how to reach out and file a complaint and then hopefully get this fixed. Get back to me asap !!

Package which i received looks like tampered,powerbank button have poor alignment.it shakes like baby teeth.Charger top case is broken, have scratches on it.It not genuine product. Not worth for Money. I will not recommend to others.Either the seller or amazon has to take responsible.

Power Adapter died exactly after 6 months and when I reached out to support/warrant team, the new excuse - “i have forwarded your complain to amazon because we have already told amazon that it is having one year warranty and 6 month accessories warranty don't know why they did not mention it.”

The power bank is very nice. I got the recommendation of this power bank from a relevant Facebook group which I trust. They recommended this power bank as it was fulfilling my needs of 20000 mah battery and moderate price.Been using it for quite a while and so far its working great.The charging is fast, that's a great plus.Also when power bank battery is down fully, it doesn't take much time to get charged. Leave it for 4 or 5 hours.
