Fabulous product, engraving is lovely. I had two issues which where solved quickly and with no fuss. (One of the pieces was from the wrong collection and the engraving was slanted) but as I say, this was resolved and quickly dispatched with no fuss.

This cutlery set is lovely well made, the reason for 3 stars is the greedy price tag. I have seen this exact same set for £7.99 so the engraving is in my opinion expensive.
