Amazon Brand - Solimo 12-inch Plastic & Glass Wall Clock - Classic Roulette (Silent Movement, Black Frame)

Excellent purchase.......what a Beauty 😍

Even if it looks good it stopped working in a few months. It has a warranty period of 12 months. So I called the customer care number. They told me to contact the seller. When I called seller he said that you have to call Amazon customer care. This went on for 10 to 15 days. Customer care person told me to get a deny letter from Solimo brand which they refused to give. There's no service centre available. I have wasted my 35 days and lot of time in doing this. Every time they ask for something like email from seller, invoice, then pay slip. But after providing all these things also my issue is not yet resolved. They keep me on hold for more than half an hour every time. I searched on internet about the Amazon brands including Solimo which tells that the products of these brands are China made. So you can not get any warranty. So better stay away from these brands.

Looks small in my pic but it's standard size and beautiful design. Price is bit more but it's okay

I bought this wall clock expecting it to last, but unfortunately, it stopped working after just a few months. Really disappointed, especially considering I had a simple clock before that cost me just ₹100, and it worked flawlessly for years. This one looked nice at first, but what's the point if it doesn't even keep time properly? Not worth the money.

Superb product, value for money

The media could not be loaded. I received broken clock but the sad part is yet to come and when I inserted batteries the clock was not even working, no refund policy with this product, you can only replace/exchange it. So I did exactly the same. I would like to mention it that this was Amazon Basics product so I never hope that they can deliver completely non working clock to the customer. I suggest electronic product must be checked and videographed before dispatching as it will save repackaging, retransmit cost from Amazon end and a little less harrasment, a little sadness, a little less excitement converted into tension from customer end. Don't spoil the mood of your valued customer, even if you replaced it but still next time I will think twice before ordering from Amazon Basics..Thanks and RegardsCheema
