Box is generic, not a good gift, pieces in a bag, some strange parts, no instructions
I wanted this for a gift for someone, but since I had never heard of "wooden" pieces before, I thought I'd better order early and check it out. Glad I did, the box is generic, no picture on the outside. The box isn't even attractive in any way. Inside there's a flimsy poster of the finished puzzle. I mean at that point, a person can just buy a poster and frame it. Also there are no instructions, and some sort of objects are in there, wooden edges or something, maybe for the corners.Anyway, it's not a good gift. If you've done jigsaw puzzles before with traditional pieces before and the usual puzzle keepers, then it will be additionally puzzling to figure out what you're supposed to do with this.The picture itself is lovely and I plan to donate the puzzle to a senior center where many people will try to figure it out together. I mean, I've opened it now. I doubt if I can return it. I had to open it to see it, as I said the box is totally generic.

Cheap looking and not suitable for a gift
It came in a generic box no picture of the puzzle as shown on the Amazon site. I ordered 2 different items for 2 different gifts and I was forced to open 1 to know which was which.Very disappointed

Gorgeous Puzzle
Stunningly beautiful Elk puzzle by Yobooom. Comes with materials to help sort in box, glue, and full-size poster that corresponds to areas covered by letters on back of puzzle. Puzzle is moderately challenging, easier at bottom, harder as you move up. COlors are vivid and striking. Wood splinters and chips a bit on backs but does not affect overall image. Box top does not have photo. Pieces are all standard shape but with enough variation that pieces mostly only fit in one place. I had to move around 2-3 pieces.

Did not receive the puzzle I ordered
I purchased this puzzle to work on during the holidays. I did not open the box until I was asked to review the product.The box I received the puzzle in has 6 pictures on the cover. One of them was the puzzle I ordered. When I opened the box the puzzle was not any of the 6 pictures. It was a puzzle with gold fish swimming around an elk face and antlers. I have purchased another wooden puzzle product. The pieces are 5mm thick and the picture is painted on the pieces. This puzzle's pieces are 2mm thick and picture is plastic laminated on thin piece of wood.Sure would like to return this puzzle.

The wooden puzzle pieces warped!
Over all I liked the colors and the built however several wooden pieces are warped! and it's not being straighten by gentle presses or otherwise breaks. I do recommend this to all in hope you may receive aa perfect product with no warped pieces :)

Amazing puzzle
Honestly this puzzle was the best thing me and my roommate did over quarantine. The colors are so bright and honestly the puzzle is soooo hard. It took the two of us over a week with 2-4 hours per day to complete it (I was pushing her to keep going even when our eyes were bleeding).

I got this for my sister-in-law. She is an avid jigsaw puzzle person. I didn't see it and picked it out for the picture and that the pieces were made of wood. She said it was beautiful but also very hard. So only get it for advanced adults.

all of the pieces were shaped roughly the same, the puzzle felt like balsa wood
This is the first puzzle I've completely quit... the pieces were so similar I didn't know if I had it correct without checking the back.... sucked all of the fun out.

Bright and colourful and fun.
I love it when the puzzle pieces snap when I put them into place. It's very satisfying. I had a really great time doing this one. Totally recommend.
