I bought this powder about a year ago and started using it a few months ago and LOVED it. half a scoop in the morning would get me ready for the day. I was mentally aware and energetic without feeling the jitters. The flavor was delicious and had a bit of a "bite" to it that would wake me up. HOWEVER, I rebought it last week and this one is not nearly as potent as the last one I had bought. This one is weak, has a different flavor, brings me zero energy and does nothing for my brain. I'm not sure if the ingredients have been changed in the past year, but I would not buy this again the way it is now.

Gives you a nice boost of energy without any tingling side effects. I definitely recommend it.

Product has a great smell, but terrible aftertaste. Does not fully blend even when shaken intensely. Nootropic blend works great for staying focused intra-workout.

Fantastic Nootropic pre workout powder! Taste great and I feel sharper throughout the day and get just the boost i need to get through my workout.

While using it over the past month I've found that it does have a funny taste but it does give me energy especially while working out at the gym. I highly recommend this to anyone who is a gym junkie like me or even if you need a little pep in your step, lol. But before I did use it I took it to my Primary just to make sure that it would be ok for me especially with the medication I take. I wanted to make sure it would not counteract anything or make me sick. However that was my choice.
