I loved this machine, it's amazing how simple and efficient it is. You save a lot of money. The price and quality is spectacular, even good for stress. I just don't give it 5 stars because the spools for the thread are missing as the photo shows. If the Company can fix that detail, even if the value goes up is perfect. I am very happy with this product and I recommend it, the customer service is very good (in English and Spanish).
