A few years ago I went to an Herbalist/Accupuncturist named Matthew Young in Salisbury, MD. After testing, this is the product he recommended. Of course, I started using the Four Gentlemen teapills and I've never stopped! They not only helped with energy but unexpectedly made a dramatic difference in the texture and tone of my skin??? I certainly don't understand a lot about TCM but I was diagnosed with a "weak spleen." This remedy has certainly changed my life & health. What lots of people do not know is that and herb or combination of herbs may have a dramatic effect on one person and none, or even negative effects on another. Each person MUST be diagnosed by a competent Herbalist to learn what's right for them.

Got these pills for my husband he has sleeping problems (insomnia, sleep walks, sleep talks, all the above) and macrocytosis. Unfortunately he had a poor reaction to them and an enormous amount of stomach pain after every dose. After taking pills for four days straight he was in so much pain that he stopped them but for the next week and a half complained about sharp pains in his chest, a burning sensation in his stomach, and what he thought might be a tear in his stomach. We believe something in these pills may've irritated his stomach. They may still be good to try but may not be for everyone.
