2116 Universal Mini Microphone with Omnidirectional Stereo Mic for Phone, Singing

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this micro microphone for my ASMR recordings for my YouTube channel and it works just fine. It’s definitely worth the 300+ pennies I spent on it. Negative reviews are so not cool especially when you don’t read instructions or exercise common sense....1- I use a splitter that I purchased on amazon as well, for under $10 to make the mic compatible for my iPhone X(It’s very easy to set up)2- I open my camera app that came with my iPhone ( I record here, upload it to my iMovie app and then after I edit, I upload it to YouTube from iMovie. EASY PEAZY LEMON SQUEEZYTHATS IT!!! There’s no “special app to download either.The headphones didn’t serve a purpose to me since I can’t hear myself through them but I’m sure if I were to do karaoke they’d work for me just as well.Don’t be persuaded by the negative reviews. I almost didn’t purchase because of those same reviews, but decided it wasn’t much to lose since it’s already cheaper than local options and shipping is literally next day if you have a prime membership.It’s not meant to sound like you’re performing on the BET AwardsIt’s simply to bring sound forward and amplify the sound a BIT!!!If you’re looking for something a bit more, I highly recommend you choosing another product and spend the extra money. (and even those microphones aren’t as expensive as other top notch products either) So, if you’re just starting out and want to test the waters or simply start super cheap without much to lose, GO FOR IT! Had I listened to the negative reviews, I wouldn’t have found this mic to be good for my intended use. Will update soon! Good luck 👍🏽

I wanted to give this product the benefit of the doubt because I realized the reviews were mixed. I was so excited to use this but I was let down. When I used it the first 3 time the sound quality was great and I didnt have any problems but after the 3 used it stopped working completely. One of the headphones doesnt play any sound and the microphone doesnt even work anymore. Such a waste of money im going to return it🙄🙄🙄🙄

I was looking for a mike which could be good in recording situation and live performance to reproduce sound of saxophone I can trust.I have tried number of them but in most cases sound of saxophone was to harsh with not enough warms and body. There are also some budget limitation also. Looking through forums I found good review of Kel Audio HM-2D appication specifically for saxophone.I decided to give this toy a try. And I never complain about.Strudy and solid , nicely packed in hard case, with shockmount HM-2D looks very professional.Its rather dark fullbodied sound works extremely well for saxophone in both situations. No EQ needed when used for recording.The output level is higher then from others mikes. it is smooth and focused and opens full range of saxophone.Amazing product. Supercardioid wide diaphragm condenser microphone.

Its worth the amount you get since its only $3 but remember the quality is not gonna be the greatest and you'll most likely gonna need a windscreen if you wanna start out well.

I thought the reviews might be overly critical about a cheap microphone, but they’re not. The quality is so poor I can’t get anything except white noise unless the speaker is very loud and clear, defeating the purpose of using an external mic.

After about a month and a half of use of the adapter (standard male-male 3.5mm headphone) it started making a loud popping noise. Switched it out to another that I had laying around and it continued to work perfectly for about two and a half years of use in a car. For the temperature extremes it had to stand up to, I am very impressed with this device. My only complaint is that my iPhones would sometimes not want to pair to it and I had to re pair them. Not a big deal, but worth noting.

This product works great. The sound is clear on the devices my kids use it on. The only downside I can find with it is after countless weeks of being interviewed by a 7 year old she is running out of material and has ventured into making up riddles instead.
