I recently developed anemia, and after lots of tests by my doctor, we couldn't find a cause. These taste really great, thus a bottle doesn't last very long at our house. With no self-restraint, a person could easily eat the entire bottle. I wish they were less expensive and came in a larger quantity, but they're definitely the best gummies I've ever tasted, and orange isn't normally a favored flavor with me, but this is more like an addictive tangerine..
