I made this the first time and didn't alter it. The second time I made this I added Lemon Extract and a bit of vanilla extract. What a difference! It was delicious!

Meh…
Does not taste like cheesecake, disappointed. More like a bland vanilla pudding. Also I know it does say soft set but it’s very soft and if it sits in the refrigerator it starts to separate and has liquid on top. Not a keeper but if you’re on a bland diet it may work for you.
