The item was defective when I got the mat. In addition, the mat is very thin, and the material looks very cheap and smells really bad!

I am an avid yogini and practice in a studio and at home. I use this mat at home because it matches my home studio!It is very pretty with vibrant colors, but it has a nice thickness and is a quality mat. It is non-slip.
