It is good but takes a lot of time to heat. The engineer said it will take 20minutes. But it takes about 30 mind for super hot. It's a lot of time. Rods heat faster. Anyway let's not compare to Rods. It looks elegant and helpful during winters. If u have about 3-4 members and all in hurry to go to office sat same time this will suit. Else the 3ltrs instant geezer is good.

Had to wait for installation however the installation person was good he has in touch consistently and keeping us informed

Nice product heats the water quickly stores also for a good amount of time, 10 litres is sufficient for a small family, but the only complain I had is but too noisy earlier one I had from a different company wasn't that noisy. Value for money time will tell. Installing was a breeze called the number done the next day not free though.

Don't buy this company products for any reason. Because without out service response nothing we can do.. I never this type of worst service in electronic devices.. No installation and no response for complaint after 20days also.. Ideally kept side after purchase.. If we install with local person they won't give Waranty if we get any issue they won't give service.. We need to through in dust bin otherwise we have to go for best...

I jave been using it for ladt 5 years and no problem till date.

The product is as per description...but we could not get support from Racold to install the product... no one picked up the phone even after repeated calls on the customer support number provided in Amazon...even online requests were not responded

The media could not be loaded. The product quality is good.. Warms the water very fast and retains the hot water for 5-6hrs...only problem was the color of the product described is not what was delivered.. The color shown is white n Black however I received beige and black color geyser.. Rest all is Gud..

Offline price is ranging from 8000. My first purchase was offline for 8k in my hometown.It has got good looks and works well.Bought 2 of these for my flat in city.Working as expected
