When you have to disconnect it to turn the lights off..,If you don't care about controlling your lights via WiFi, this product (or any of the dozens of clones of it on Amazon) will probably serve you fine. If your intent is like mine, to control the lights exclusively via WiFi and discard the remote, you may end up as frustrated as I am. Mine is very frequently offline when I need it. For a light switch, that's a pretty horrible flaw.

I had to modify the light strip to plugin to this controller, as it did not come with an adapter. Red and Green colors are reversed, and there is not anyway to fix this.

I love these little guys , easy to set up , Magic home app is easy to figure out and very customizable!Works good with my Google home.One issue I encountered, 24hrs after I had it installed it quit working, I thought it was bad but it turned out it locked up.I was able to get it working again by power cycling it 3 times, had to reconnect it to the WiFi, but I didn't have to replace it... .... Just an FYI.

Simply will not finish set up. Always fails to complete connection. It successfully connects to my wifi, but does not go any further.
