I thought that this was the wrong size bulb, but it only had longer wires. This is the best bulb that I have had. This bulb actually puts out heat. My Dog actually sits under it a lot more than the others. I hope that it last long as the others, and never go back to the others.

Arrived promptly, intact and easy to install. I ordered one from Sears a few monthes back and it arrived damaged. I sent it back and I never got a refund.

Well, my original bulb that came with my Fire Sense telescoping electric 1500W heater lasted for about 4 years and finally blew out. I felt like that was pretty good since it only had a one year warranty. So, I looked around for a new bulb and found this one. It was identical to the one that I replaced ... or so I thought. I received this bulb on January 13, 2014 and installed it without issues. It produced the same amount of heat as my original one and I was happy to be cozy outside again in chilly weather. Then, it stopped working (after a flash of light) on March 4th, 2014. Therefore, where my original bulb lasted 4 years, this bulb lasted less than 2 months. I'm pretty shocked actually. I can't recommend it for this reason. I believe others have had similar experience with this bulb, so I'm leery of purchasing another one when I can put the money towards something else. Maybe you will have better luck, but I'm not willing to spend the money again.

These worked perfectly. They were shipped excellently and arrived safe, sound and on time.

I had a similar experience as many others. Original bulb lasted for years but this one lasted for a few months.After contacting the seller, the bulb manufacturer (Firesense) contacted me and is sending a new bulb at no charge. I would give more stars had the bulb lasted lasted longer. Firesense gets 5 stars.New bulb arrived within a week of their contacting me. Bulb is working so far (2 months of use). Will edit further should the bulb burn out quickly.

The pig tails didn't connect as the old one did. I had to remove a screw an mount it that way. Tho it works this should be noted or take steps to correct this problem......

This is the second bulb I have purchased. Both bulbs did not last more than 5 months. When I turn on the bulb it blows. This time I purchased a warranty replacement. I will circle back and let you know how my experience is returning it for a replacement.
