I gave two stars because all the tools worked awesome. We however received a completely empty bottle of resin which renders the product pretty useless. (The inside was bone dry with not a trace of ever even being filled to begin with.) We went to our local Auto Zone for resin and used the purchased kit, kit worked wonderful once we had resin. Annoyed that our 10$ Repair tuned into a 25$ project since we had to purchase a whole other kit.

suction cups are twisted and no any suction, the center screw just can't be threaded into the ring therefore the uv adhesive just won't be fully functional.update: after notching the center ring with utility knife, the screw finally can be threaded in. The suction cups also back to the correct shape after bath in warm water. To be fair for the seller, I assume that not only this product is in this quality but almost every other Windshield Repair Kit in this price range are also in bad quality, their packages are all identically. Therefore I change one star to 3 star.

I had a chip in my windshield that had just started to whisker out. I was afraid once it got cold it would just splinter out across my entire windshield (personal experience). I used this thing and it didn't completely get rid of the crack, but it filled it in to where it looks like a pin hole and that is it. I would do it again to get rid of the pin hole look but I'm lazy so I'm not going to. There's enough in there to use it several more times.

One of my star cracks was wider than your specs recommended and would not fill in. My other vehicle had a smaller star crack but the filler would not fill in the crack.So I do not recommend this product for other than small chips.

It is still to early to tell but after 10 days the product is holding up nicely. The window crack isn't spreading. You still see the crack but i think it just supports the structure and hold it together better.

Worked as advertised. Very easy to use. Got rid of about 90 percent of the bulls eye windshield damage. Have to look hard to see it now.

This product even when followed instructions does not work the crack is still in my windshield. Would not recommend. At least I'm only out 10 bucks

Fixed my window right up, you can barely notice the nick in it now. You would have to squint lol. Great product and a great price!
