Put them on the dining room table straight out of the box because I liked them so much. These are beautiful and have two sides to flip for variation. The green bronze combination is sophisticated as well as gorgeous. Still slightly bent from delivery but instructions say can fix that with gentle heat. They are quite sturdy feeling and should last years. I like that I got 6 vs 4.

The placemats looked nice, but not easy to wipe off. They have ridges instead of being smooth on top. Some stains don't come out after wiping, soaking, and even after scrubbing with a brush and soap.

I was looking for an every day easy to clean placemat and these placemats were what i was looking for. They are as they appear in the description.
