Screw the bottle tightly and put all food (not exceed 2/3 of the bottle) and add water or milk. 2: Open the top lid to exhaust air, then double-press power button until the blue light on. The blender auto-stops after working for 20 seconds. If it stops, just double-press again to continue. 3: Reverse&shake the blender at times for a perfect cup of juice. If the blades are stuck, just shake and re-start. 4: When finished blending, press the air escape valve, then open the lid.
