Great. Not particularly using it for Yoga. I have impinged shoulders and a sacro-iliac problem and do all kinds of exercises / stretches that come from physios / yoga / pilates etc. Some of them need a resistance band and this is brilliant. Very strong but with a slightly stretch give in it. Highly recommended

I bought this product to help me stretch my legs and back while I am at home. I suffer from back aches and have the worst tight muscles on my legs. This has helped me stretch that little bit further.

Bought this for my mother who say she loves it, quick delivery and reasonably priced excellent.

Pretty resistant but still a good flex. Stitching was donne well, material is strong and is of good size.It came with a pretty good sized booklet of some workouts but I got this for stretching after MMA training.I even toss it in the wash and it comes out fine every time.If this helps hit that like button!

Given as a gift and told that one of the holes was broken upon receiving it in the mail. For the price, I'd expect top quality vs. manufacturing issues.

Item is starting to lose it’s elasticity after a few weeks of use. Maybe I’m too hard on it. I can’t see this item lasting more than another month or two.

This is a very nice stretching strap. I have arthritis and I find this strap to be gentle on my joints. I have just started doing yoga. I take this strap with me to class. It is a good addition to my yoga supplies.

It’s great for stretching in various ways, using hands and feet! Innovative!
