Hi, il be honest the band itself is of great quality but honestly I’d have expected it to have slight less resistance it is so tight you can barely move your legs when wearing it. I’ve tried so many leg excersizes but I can barely move it’s so difficult. Even trying to squat or walk it’s impossible it’s that hard

WOW this is a strong resistance band. Really takes a legs/booty work out to the next level. Definitely not a band for beginners. Great quality, thick and doesn’t slip/roll during work out. Definitely worth a purchase!

I like how strong it is but you can hardly move in this and it hasnt got much stretch to it. Way too tight

I ordered size M and its defenetely not for beginners ! It's very strong and you really need to do prop workout with it. Bit to strong for me. Hower quality is great , probably best quality I can buy it.

I like to use the band daily for a variety of exercises. It's been great for elevated hip thrusts, weighted hip thrusts as well as squats.Comfortable fabric that provides good resistance.

I read other reviews saying this band was too tight and I should’ve listened. It really doesn’t stretch very much at all! I’ve used other booty bands in the past which have been much better. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever be strong enough to stretch this one correctly! I’m giving it 2 stars because the colour is nice and it seems well made, but it’s just not flexible enough

Extremely good fabric and resistance. I usually break an elastic band every two months, but this one took my workouts to the next level

Amazing band. Great quality for the money. I am 5”ft and it fits me perfectly around my thighs. I think it will be very hard for beginners because it is quite hard to stretch it. Would recommend it for more advanced and stronger people.

La tela es fuerte y se ve resistente, de hecho esta mas dura que un cuerno,no puedes hacer con ella desplazamientos laterales, la apertura que puedes hacer con ella es minima, y hacer patada hacia atras...olvidate, no recomiendo su compra, lo dicho, super dura, una pena.

La banda è davvero dura come piace a me,se cercate qualcosa di più leggero ve lo sconsiglio. Se invece volete lavorare pesante fa al caso vostro. Resistente e resta incollata alla gamba senza scivolare

Imagino que estarán bien si tienes muchisima fuerza. Son super duras y casi no ceden. Para lo que yo quería no me vale, pero imagino que según el tipo de trabajo que hagas. Igualmente tienen pinta de ser de muy buena calidad.

Das Produkt ist sehr gut verarbeitet und verrutscht auch nicht wenn man Übungen damit macht. Allerdings ist es meiner Meinung nach viel zu eng und man kriegt es kaum auseinander. Also es hat eine sehr starke Spannkraft

Ich habe das Band als plus Produkt für 7,99€ erworben und das Band ist der absolute Hammer. Es ist ganz fest und stark also nichts für Anfänger. Hält wunderbar dank den Gummis von Innen. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden.

De hecho no la voy a poder utilizar es demasiado dura y rígido y al hacer cualquier cosa con ella puesta se me meten las rodillas para dentro . Horrible , no la recomiendo

Las tallas sonngrandes y no muy fuertes. Si quieres entrenar medio/duro coge talla pequeña. La M es para personas que entrenan poco o con sobrepeso

Estremamente duro e resistente. Si vede che é un prodotto che non si trova in Italia. L’unica cosa che é poco elastico. Per intenderci non é come un comune elastico da palestra. Di sicuro non si romperà mai.
