High quality
This knife is better quality than I could have possibly expected. It's made with high quality material, has excellent weight and durability, is dependable and easy to use. I've received many compliments on it, and no one can believe that it's as affordable as it is. I highly recommend this item.

Well-built and feels good in hand
This knife seems well built and sturdy. I haven't put it to any heavy use yet, but it looks like it will hold up. The fit and finish are very good. The texture on the scales is fine but effective. The finger grooves fit my hand well. The blade locks up tight and takes only a reasonable amount of effort to release. I really don't care for Liner Lock mechanisms because they require you to put your finger or thumb in the path of the closing blade to release the lock. However, the protrusion that makes the bottle opener acts as a safety - it hits my thumb after the lock is released preventing the blade from closing any further until I get my thumb out of the way. This makes me much more comfortable with closing the knife with a single hand. Also, the blade took a nice edge that I was able to get mirror smooth. Time will tell how well it holds.Cons: The cons I see are really only involved with the "extras" on this knife and do not impede its basic function. The bottle opener is a poor and unsafe design. While it works well as a safety when releasing the liner lock as mentioned above, if you were to use it to open a bottle, the fulcrum would be the bottle cap with the blade itself as the mating surface of the lever. Applying that pressure to the blade's sharp edge will surely dull it in the first attempt, but worse, the hand holding the bottle would be in a potentially dangerous place. I recommend not using the bottle opener feature. Second, the seatbelt cutter is ground to a chisel edge, but not honed, leaving the edge a bit jagged. Probably not the end of the world - it will still likely cut a seatbelt if you needed it to. Lastly, the glass breaker's point is pretty dull. While you don't want it too sharp for normal use, it may not be sharp enough to break glass reliably and in an emergency. Both of these last things could be fixed by disassembling the scales to get at the cutter and breaker, sharpening them appropriately and reassembling. But the knife will perform its basic functions without going to that trouble.

Best folding knife for the money on Amazon
Probably one of the best folding knives for the money on Amazon. Its my third Ned Foss knife. I love to collect knives and have dozens of them, but this one is a real stand out at $17. Folding action is smooth and tight locking. Blade arrives sharp and and takes a nice fine razor edge if you like to sharpen your knives to the next level. I like that the blade is thumb flip-able and that there is also a lever on the back of the blade as an alternative. It has a 'seatbelt' cutting feature which easily cuts paracord and thin rope -very useful. For carrying convenience, it has a clip and takes a lanyard. Very happy with this one, especially at the price.

Decent knife for the price
This knife doesn't hold an edge very well. Cutting through tape on about 40 moving boxes dulled up the blade. The belt clasp is too thin and flimsy. I would have to bend it back into place a couple of times a week, then the hole that the clasp is screwed in by just broke. I decided to spend twice as much on a Buck knife and not worry about it.
