Works great just as it should!
Great product! I bought this since I was building my gaming PC and needed something to ground my anti-static wristband and mat to. Very easy to use, took me less than a minute to put it on my outlet’s screw. Another thing I liked was that I easily removed the alligator clips from my wristband and mat and was able to insert them into the connector holes. All in all, my PC came out great with no issues so I would definitely recommend this buy!

Only one way to mount it unless modified- Not the way I planned it.
The ground block works and has all the right parts etc but because of the Plastic shield covering the "Ground Bar" on the back I would not have been able to mount it off the top of my rack with the "ground bar" hiding against the side wall. As you can see in the pictures the plastic cover protrudes past the slots. The only way to mount it is to screw it from the back to the front with the "internals" exposed likely to the rear. Which works fine if you don't have any other racks mounted side by side. If You disassemble it and modify it to suit your needs it could mount easily to the front or top of a rack series with the "internals" concealed. I will say that the ground cord is plenty long enough approx 3ft/1m.There's nothing rocket science about modifying it but it just seemed odd to me that I would have to. I didn't notice the cover in the listing photos but now that I know what I am looking for I see it in the last photo bottom right. They must be referring to it when they say: "Mounts of Protective Cover, do not worry about leakage." it didn't come with insulating washers for mounting it to a frame so I would say that it is naturally going to ground the cage/rack/frame also, if it is made of metal. So, "Leakage" is inherent. All in all it works for me and you know if you need or want something like this for yourself and now you know what it really looks like and You can make an informed decision.

Don't use the snaps!
This works for my needs and is reaonably sturdy for the price, with a good electrical connection to the bananna sockets, but the snap connectors are completely isolated from the ground wire because the bananna sockets are literally surrounded in insulation (by design). If you connect a wrist strap or anti-static mat to the snap, it WILL NOT be grounded. You would need to solder a wire from the back of each snap to the strap connecting the bananna sockets to get a ground connection. I'd have given it 5 stars for value if they had just left the snap connectors off, they are very misleading.

Works as intended.
It does what is expected of it. If you need an ESD socket for electronics or to reduce explosions at you bench this is good. I use it with an ESD soldering mat and arm strap.

No more cords everywhere
I use the same exact part at work for professional installations for ESD handling of expensive compute and telecom electronics. After installing a few at work I finally decided it was time to have one for the home workshop. Just screws into the bottom of plastic or wooden workbench (maple top for example) and has long cord that can be trimmed to length for ground connect via connect to Protective Ground (PG) to Earth Ground (EG) path with adapter (sold separately) or via another ground wire. Then banana jack plug in wrist strap at the front of the bench. For up to two straps at once or one strap and one mat connected.
