RemoskaTria 3-in-1 Oven-to-Table Electric Cooker

Haven’t used the oven since I purchased this. It is heavy and gets very hot, lid and pot. Good for anything you use the oven for. I have cooked quiche, omelette, chicken, meat joints, pasta sauce, roast potatoes. Very impressed with this item.

I bought this as the cost of running my gas oven is about to rocket! So far it has done everything I would use the normal oven for. I bought the Standard rack as an extra and using a piece of foil cooked beef burgers on the rack with vegetables underneath. Using the soft pressure lid I have made a lovely batch of onion soup on the hob using very little gas.

This was a considered purchase. I already have a grand remoska so the versatility of the tria made it a useful addition to the kitchen in my holiday lodge. I'm trying not to cook with gas there so I have an induction hob and this being induction friendly just helped the decision.All in all there are more pro's than con's.No rack for this is a nuisance. The grand remoska rack is too big but I suspect the standard may fit ok. In the interests of not having a messy grill I cook steaks etc on the rack and they are fantastic.So happy to have the glass panel back because my grand has a solid lid which is a pain.The low pressure pot is useful because it just speeds things up without the need to release steam before opening.The down side is this is much heavier than the traditional remoska but not as heavy as fast iron cookware by a long way.

Absolutely awesome. I've already tried sourdough bread and chicken and it works just great.

I don't use this. It is very heavy and although I liked it originally I hate the fact that when the steam escapes, the grease gets burnt on the lid, it only escapes on one side . I hate dirty food utensils, i have kitchenware that is over 60 years old that looks cleaner. i wish that I had returned it immediately. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Oh I will say that the base will wash in the dishwasher

I have used all sizes of the Remoska. I have no criticisms except that it is very easy to turn off by accidentally touching the control switch when you lift the handle to check on cooking progress. It is heavy but so it will be. Its made of stainless steel. Easy to clean. Good results cooking bread, cakes, roasts etc. Let down by availability of good Cookery books.

This product came with NO instructions so that was a nuisance. It was a gift and did not look very good to have to go on line to find instructions.
