Great product for keeping things warm but is not airtight so useless for soups etc

Does not keep things warm
Item states it keeps food warm for 4 hours, I have had piping hot food in it and after 2 hours it is cold so not fit for purpose. Very expensive for an item that does not work.

Waste of money...
This product is waste of money, if you are thinking to keep the food hot for long time.
