It was suggested I buy this to sprinkle on my breakfast to help with movement in my knee. So far no real difference.

Great product - good to have in the cupboard
I added some of this (in place of some of the icing sugar) in my cream cheese frosting for a birthday cake. I only used 50g which was enough to taste it. It is handy to have in the cupboard to add to recipes as needed, and to sprinkle over the top. My daughter had it over her yoghurt too! I'd buy again.

The worst ever
This product is the worst. The more I use it the worse it becomes. I have to sift it before use every time and finding definitely non strawberry related items in amongst the so-called strawberry powder, some the size of fingernails. Do not buy this product!!
