sets up easily and works well
Using it to transmit from a TV to a small bluetooth speaker. Setup was very easy; included cables allowed connecting either to a headphones output via 3.5mm or line output via rca. Powered up to the TV usb without complaint. There is some latency, so lip sync is a bit off, but not too annoying. This thing is TINY, and sits behind the TV very inconspicuously. Haven't used it as a receiver so I can't comment on that function. Perfect for my needs.

Quite good
Was able to pair $15. dollar store earpods. No latency. No break in connection. I was surprised

Good dual-mode transceiver, but unsure about sound quality
My previous transceiver, also bought here on Amazon.com for a few bucks less, didn't support stereo TX (transmitter mode), to my disappointment. So I purchased this 1Mii unit. It's a transceiver, meaning it can both transmit out (sending Bluetooth signal to BT headphones, for instance), and receive in (getting Bluetooth signal from, say, an iPhone playing music, so you can connect to old-style non-BT speakers). A little switch lets you pick the mode, or turn it off.I use primarily the transmitter Tx mode, with a cassette player (Fiio, also available here on Amazon.com) and an old CD player. So I plug the included audio cable into the player and into this transceiver, set the Tx mode. First time it would pair with your first Bluetooth headphones (or BT speakers). In my case, it didn't quite work out of the box; I had to reset both my Soundcore BT earbuds as well as the 1Mii, then the 2nd time was the charm as both connected successfully.(To reset this 1Mii, you set it to either Tx or Rx mode, then press and hold the 1 button for 7 seconds until the LED flashes purple. To reset your Bluetooth earphones or speakers, check its manual.)My main gripe is, although the 1Mii does support stereo Bluetooth output to my earphones, the sound quality is not really that great. It's passable for casual listening. But the reason I go back to my cassette player is because I really missed the warm, heart-warming timbre of the analog sound. From classical to pop to heavy metal, analog sound is really still the best, even with an average-quality pair of headphones. Anyhoo, the 1Mii's output is thin and even has a little static noise, which is absent when I plug in my wired EarPods into the Fiio cassette player. The wired EarPods (or any decent wired earphones or headphones) give me great analog-source sound from the cassette player and good bass-heavy digital-source sound from the old CD player, but the 1Mii sends degraded if still acceptable sound to my otherwise excellent earphones. (I was using the Soundcore with my iPhone and was really happy with its sound quality, so this is not an issue with the Soundcore earphones.)Given the price, the build quality, the fact it transmits stereo out, and the versatility (both Tx and Rx), I'm okay to give this product 4 stars, despite the initial pairing hiccup and the not-too-great sound quality in the Tx mode.

Works on my million-year-old TV.
I have a 15-year-old Sony Bravia and I was able to make this work with the RCA jacks and it was super easy! As long as you follow the directions which are straightforward, you will get a cigar box to connect! Great product! A great price. Now I can lay in bed and watch TV while my wife sleeps tight.

Does not sound like trash
Works will on plains. As an audiophile, it's not A+ audio quality. However, I won't complain. It sounds great.

Wow. I'm impressed.
This is the 3rd Bluetooth transmitter I've tried.OTHER devices: Both of the others either didn't reconnect to previously connected devices or had absolutely unacceptable audio quality. They were also significantly pricier than this.THIS device: Plug it in, hit the button and pair your headset once. So far it has never failed to reconnect to the headset. I can walk all over my ~900 sq foot house without dropping connection, with the device basically in the middle of the house. The latency is just fine. I can't even detect any while watching music videos (audio/video seems to me to be sync'd to me). The price is much better than the others that didn't perform as desired. I have zero complaints so far (2 weeks of daily use).

This does not receive in AptX low latency mode
I'm using a BT transmitter from this same company to send out my TV's audio in AptX low latency, to try and sync the audio with the video. Because there are no bluetooth speakers that support AptX low latency, I bought this device, which advertises being able to both transmit and receive, and supports AptX low latency. But it doesn't support AptX low latency when in receiving mode. The 1Mii transmitter would only connect to it in standard AptX mode. I give up, it seems like it's impossible to get a BT speaker receiving audio in AptX low latency.
