Great product. Fairly easy to install and give me peace of mind.

It uses GPS so it backs up your story if needed. I have it hardwired to my car so when there is any movement to the car(like a collision) , it turns on and starts recording which gives you piece of mind when away from your car. You can stream recordings to your phone over WiFi aswell which is handy.

Upgraded to the V1P MAX, used daily in my job as a driving instructor. Very easy to set up and install.Was concerned about some of the reviews about difficulties in connecting to the WiFi, but honestly it was easy, I set it up to work with my Samsung s21 and my iPad. Just have to follow the instructions!Picture quality is amazing compared to my previous 1080 front and back dash cam. Playback on the rear camera is flawless however the front camera playback, it does buffer. Not enough for me to send it back as I think the price paid was pretty good.Negative side is the camera glare on playback of the inside of the car, it’s a shame Rexing don’t include a anti glare cover lense and you have to buy the hardwire kit separately.If they were included I would have recommended it nationally to fellow driving instructors!!

After wasting two hours trying to get this to work it had to be returned.All instruction links were broken/out of date and didn't work.The company didn't answer my request for help.The camera would become unresponsive to button presses a few seconds after power up.The software couldn't establish a WiFi connection.In summary nothing worked. What a piss-take and an unfortunate waste of my time!Rubbish in every way. Both the item and the seller who recharged me after I received refund for my return.

This model is a lot easier to use than my previous model, seems better quality, good wide angle view.Downside is the self adhesive stickers attaching it to the windscreen, fine if you are keeping the car for years, no good if you are on a hire scheme and change your car regularly, every 6 months in my case. You could purchase a sucker attachment for the old one, I don't think you can for this one.

Great camera in a neat little package and the hardwire kit takes all the horrible cables a lot of other cameras have out the way!Great picture quality and really easy to install with the 3M pads.

They put all their efforts in making a decent front dash cam and no effort into the rear camera. Take a look at the differences between the pictures attached. The rear view camera is poor quality and very dark. I've recorded with both cameras through a clear front screen to show the difference and taken a snap shoot of the video to show here. I haven't attached pictures showing the clarity of number plates as I believe that may not be allowed. Front dash cam quality and capture of number plates and wide angle is very good.

Although the recording is very good, the camera does not allow download of files directly from the camera. I contacted Rexing several times but their customer service is appalling. They fob you off and delay replying until you have no option but to give up. I would not buy from them again. Amazon could not assist as the time that had elapsed before the issue got to them was too great to be covered by their conditions.VERY Disappointing! They eventually replaced the camera but the replacement is exactly the same. The replacement cost me more money and I am still awaiting refund of the excess postage. DO NOT BY FROM REXING!!!!!
