It is good tasting flour, at a decent price, and allergen free. That is a great combination. I try to bake with mostly or entirely whole grain gluten free flours. This works great in quick breads. I have even managed a 100% whole grain yeasted bread with it. The taste is more mild than a lot of gluten free flours. Since it is whole grain, I store mine in the freezer to extend its shelf life.I have ordered other flours from Amazon that were opened or damaged. This flour, I have ordered 2x now. They pack it well, and I have not seen any shipping damage.

For several months now Amazon has sent me 1 bag instead of 1 order of 6 bags and has charged me for the 6 bag order. When they send the wrong 1 bag they don’t even put it in a shipping bag or box, just soap a label on the flour bag which ends up bested up and possibly compromised safety wise.The flour is great but Amazon is failing big time with the subscription and shipping.

Excellent sorghum flour that is gluten-free and can be used as the majority of mixing your own baking flour.

This flour is great in savory and sweet bread baking. It mixes well with other gluten free flours. And doesn't taste heavy or grainy. Bakes up nice with yeast based bread, too.

I use this to make gluten free sourdough. The quality has been consistent(I have purchased it several times now). Highly recommend!

The sorghum flour is great, but the “pack of 6” isn’t working. I paid $31.95 for it, and only 1 bag showed up. So I made a return/replace and still only one bag showed up (heroically delivered at 4am, btw :) ). Now I click for a return/replace thinking I’ll just try to replace it with something else, but I get “This item isn’t eligible for return.” Bummer. I’m still about $20 out with Amazon for this. So, don’t get the pack of 6.

It is not easy to find a Gluten free flours that are made in dedicated facilities and that are allergen free. We are so grateful for Namaste brand. Tastes wonderful, works amazing with various recipes. And most important SAFE for people with allergies. Highly recommend.
