BESTKEELightsaber Umbrella LED Light up Golf Umbrellas with 7 Color Changing On The Shaft/Built in Torch at Bottom

When a Jedi mentor of mine announced that the Force had called him to leave the Jedi Temple in his home town of Galactic City, Coruscant and across the galaxy, I wanted to give him a parting gift. When I learned he would arrive during the planet's rainy season, it only made sense to give him a lightsaber umbrella to protect him from both the rain and his adversaries. Unfortunately, neither the Sith nor the Jedi teach how to make a lightsaber umbrella (weird, right?). Fortunately, though, BESTKEE produced such an item and it received a vast majority of favorable reviews from other Force users and lightsaber practitioners. Also, the cost of Republic Credits seemed reasonable, so I submitted an order.When the item arrived, I had to test it to see if it was a gift worth of my mentor. At first, I was a little disappointed that it arrived with no AAA Kyber crystals then I remembered the distributor mentioned that in the description. Fortunately, I had exactly three AAA Kyber crystals in my T-16 Skyhopper (you never know when your lightsaber goes kaput) and briefly installed them into the lightsaber umbrella (very easy to do, the handle unscrews in half and the Kyber crystal cradle easily slides out of the lower portion).The umbrella itself is definitely large enough for a single Jedi and feels well made. The lightsaber itself shines bright and the multi-color feature is most enjoyable. Tired of your blue blade? Change it to green, purple, indigo, or yellow. Feeling a little dark? Show it with red. Feeling festive? Cycle through all the colors. Finally, for those moments you drop the keys to your speeder in pitch darkness, there's white light emitting diode inside the bottom of the handle. Simply press the diode emit the light and then press it again to cease the emission. The shoulder carry sleeve is a nice touch and keeps everything compact and neat.I gave it my approval but that didn't really matter. Would my mentor enjoy it? The answer came as resounded "Yes!" when my mentor unboxed the umbrella and a gleaming smile radiated from his face. I knew I had made the right decision. It rained outside the evening he unwrapped the gift and I knew it wouldn't be long until he showed it off to his peers, mentors, and padawans. All in all, an excellent product!

I've never looked more forward to rainy days!!!! This umbrella brings out my inner nerdy child and it makes me freaking happy!! I'm the coolest adult on the block! (If I do say so myself)I like how casually plain and simple it looks so that the main attention can be focused onwhen it's lit up! I think the flash light at the end is a very neat idea. However, I did notice it glitches constantly turning on. I managed to tug it a bit. It seemed to malfunction because it was leaning against the plastic. So I'm assuming that's what was sensoring it to go off because it works properly now. Other than that it is a solid 10/10!

good:• feels solidly constructed (never been in the rain or wind with it yet)• nice wide golf umbrella-sized canopy• has 8 color settings: blue, green, red, cyan, yellow, magenta, white, and multicolor cycling mode• tip lights up so that LED light is visible above the canopy; light from tip emits a faint ring-shaped beam in case you don't need the much brighter LED flashlight• built-in handle LED flashlight is good & bright, beam projects pretty far (enough to see plenty of the ground/sidewalk ahead); you can just tap the whole metal rim with the palm of your hand to turn on/off• comes with cover sleeve w/ a loop strap long enough to fit crossbody to carry on back; sleeve has hole so umbrella tip can poke through and display light when folded (also good when canopy is wet to allow draining/dripping)not so good:• shaft is just clear material with embedded white striped lines to catch the color LED light from the handle, not bright like a lightsaber toy with LEDs running entire length– isn't bright enough to make canopy glow when it is folded up (either white or transparent canopy, I've experienced both) ←–––––––←← quite a letdown• even though there are 8 colors to choose from (incl. multi cycling mode), in order to cycle through them all you have to click the button 16 times because between each color *on* setting is an *off* setting (blue → off→ green → off → red → off [etc.]) instead of cycling through 8 colors plus one off setting; I'd rather click 9 times than 16• flashlight handle on/off switch is a tiny metal touch sensor nub that is often accidentally turned on & off when not needed because it is right at the bottom of the handle on the flashlight rim– I have to consciously be aware of it when gripping handle w/ bare hands• cover sleeve has noticeable company logo printed on itIt's still what I would call a good product. Shaft lights up moderately bright, enough to be seen by passers-by when canopy is fully opened. But I'd be willing to pay more for an even brighter one, even one with multiple brightness settings.If you look into the clear tip down toward the shaft it is VERY bright, and the multicolor cycle mode makes a blinding kaleidoscope effect that would be awesome if you're, um... altered.
