I have always bought hp’s and they continue to impress
I have really enjoyed this laptop. I don’t know too much about them but have bought several hp’s before with zero problems. It’s easy to use and comes with a free year of copilot I believe which has been super helpful. The battery life is average and overall laptop quality has been impressive!

Great laptop for the price

It's a steal if you know how to fine tune it.
This is listed as a budget laptop, but if one is knowledgeable about pc's you can make it into a less than $300 laptop that can process videos. I am using it as I write this to use VideoPad to change the resolution of a video clip to 3840 x 1920 fps. Now the pc is cheap as in the keyboard feels cheap and I am not sure how long the power on button is going to last. You cannot update the RAM. It has only 2 USB ports and they are so close together it is hard to use two at the same time. A 5 minute video clip changed from mp4 to wmv is 25% complete after 20 minutes. That said it was $188!!!

So far it's amazing! I love this pc and hope it continues to be great. I will update with time. This is a really nice pc and exceeded my expectations so far.

Poor Zoom/Video Calls
The laptop is nice but zoom/video calls are glitchy and slow. It’s quick to say CPU high usage or something like that. I end up having to turn the video off so that it doesn’t mess with my feedback. Kinda not cool. Otherwise, it’s pretty decent so far.

Rockin out with this computer
It’s a good little computer for what I need it for. I bought it because I’m currently back in school online and needed something to take test on. So yes it serves that purpose. But when trying to do my digital marketing it cannot keep up with the programs, it seems to process slower than when I use it just for Internet
