This is my second set of Lifeline resistance tubing. I'm a older woman and I find that they're very easy to use and I trust Lifeline products. I used them for rehabilitation and in my every day routine, they work for me.

My kit only came with one handle! Obviously you need two handles to use this resistance trainer. It was delivered today, and now it says it will take a month to get a replacement. Very disappointed!

I was turned onto this brand when I went through physical therapy years ago. I like how you can change the tubes from the grips and how you can add more tubes to one. I wish it fit better on the bar they use to offer though. They will work. Just does not seem as secure.

Had a lifeline Resistance band many many many years ago that I never used. I think this kit makes a lot of sense and I'm getting great effective use out of it The three bands give me lots of opportunities given the nature of the handles.
