It works over night
Brilliant for dry heels, I've had T1 diabetes for 45 years, and i now get dry heels, this softens it over night. Great stuff

Value for money
Nothing to dislike about this product, but only received 2 days ago so too early to comment on its effectiveness.

So-so cracked heel cream that's better for daily foot skin maintenance
I picked this up because I am constantly battling hard and dry skin on my feet, including cracked skin on my heels. I usually keep it under control using a branded product containing a minimum of 25% urea but thought I'd give this a go because although it's more expensive than my usual brand (it's £7.95 at the time of review compared to £5.09 for my normal product), you do get more for your money (80ml in this product compared with 55ml for my normal product).Unfortunately, I found this quite disappointing. For starters, although I don't doubt that this product contains urea, it's not clear what the percentage level is within the cream and that's important because it's the urea that does the skin softening. Secondly, although the product promises visible results within 2 days that is based on you using the product twice per day (compared with once per day for my branded product). That means that you're using more of the product than you would with a competitor, which does remove a large chunk of the benefit of having a bigger tube. Thirdly, there's no seal foil over the mouth of the tube when you first get it, which is a turn off for me.The product doesn't have any real scent and is quite thick when it comes out of the tube. I also found that it was easily absorbed and didn't feel sticky or unpleasant on my skin. However, after 2 days of use in accordance with the instructions, I didn't notice a huge amount of difference in my feet. They were slightly more supple but not as soft as I get with the competitor product. Ultimately, I will finish using this product as part of my normal foot skin maintenance but it's simply not good enough for me to buy in future and I think that if cracked heels are something that plague you, then you are better off looking at branded alternatives with a urea content of 25%+ to make sure you keep it under control.

Does a good job
I have dry and cracked skin at my heels and elsewhere on my feet which is definitely worse during the winter months. I’m always on the lookout for products that will make the look and feel of my feet better. Before I started to use this product I really rubbed my feet and heels with a pumice to get rid of all the dead skin. I wanted a good base to start to use this cream and I definitely suggest that you do the same before starting to use this product. I don’t know how effective it will be if you just start slapping it on.The cream is very gel like and is a creamy clear colour. The consistency makes it easy to rub into your feet and it absorbs fairly quickly. You also don’t need to use too much meaning this tube will last a good length of time. Enough to make it worth the £7.95 (at the time of my review) price tag. In order to see improvement, you’ve to use the cream twice a day. Although I started applying it in the morning and at night - I quickly started putting it on after work instead of bedtime simply because I felt it was more likely to absorb when I’m wearing socks rather than moving my feet around in my bed. If you wear socks in bed then you’re golden. You’re supposed to see results in 2 days and I definitely noticed a change in my heels after that time. Using it twice daily definitely stopped my feet from getting into rough shape and kept them nice and moisturised. I did notice a slight sheen on my feet after using the cream for a while. Nothing horrendous, but it was there. And I could still see the cracks on my heels after a good while of using the cream - but they were softer and didn’t look as bad. Perhaps with continual use, the cracks will disappear completely but I got the feeling that the cream helped mask the problem on my heels rather than actually fixing it. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing but that was the reason I decided to go for 4 stars rather than the 5.All in all, this is a decent heel crack cream that’s a decent price. It’s not a miracle cure but coupled with other methods, you can get your feet feeling softer and looking better.

Effective light urea-based cream for banishing dry skin...
This plastic tube contains 80ml of cream specially formulated to help with cracked heels as well as dry skin on elbows and knees. It arrives boxed - the tube is unsealed. The directions suggest that this light textured white cream should be massaged into affected areas twice daily.Easy to apply and unscented, Sekoa absorbs well - with no stickiness or residue - and appears to have good emollient qualities as my heels and elbows felt much less dry even after the first application.Full ingredients are listed on the box. Once opened, the tube's contents will stay good for twelve months. The pack I received had numbers on the base which, though not explicit, I'd assume to refer to an expiry date for the unopened pack of 11/10/23.Sekoa - a Amazon brand - is made in England. An apparently good quality product, I am noticing a big improvement in my areas of dry skin already. As only a little cream is required per application, this should last me a long time. I have previously used a Cracked Heel Repair Cream from Scholl but the pack is smaller than this at 60ml and given that Sekoa was priced at £7.95 at time of writing, there's not too much of a price difference and Sekoa is certainly working for me.
