This cable is for certain Corsair PSUs. See https://www.corsair.com/us/en/psu-cable-compatibility. Goes into 6-pin "Peripheral & SATA" section on Corsair PSU. Apparently most (?) PSUs use molex to SATA power cables, judging by the cables available. Corsair uses certain pin arrangements for their different PSUs.

It should but always double check the manufacturer's website just to be sure. The Corsair website will have the PSU models compatible listed on the product page The "device side" (what you plug into your motherboard, SSD, HDD, graphics card) is a universal standard but the "supply side" (what you plug into your power supply) can vary between models and AND DOES VARY between manufacturers. Please make sure you never use a cable ment for a different brand. They all put 5v and 12v and grounds in different spots on the "supply side" and you could permanently damage your system beyond repair.

According to specs it works with all RMi series, RMx series, SF Series, and Corsair Type 4 PSUs. So it should work with your RM750x PSU.
