Q: I'm missing diamonds, how do I get more of what is needed?

I messaged Amazon customer service. They gave me a refund, I got to keep the one I was sent and ordered another. It was short on some diamonds but the two kits together made a full kit. If you don't want to deal with customer service, you can purchase diamonds by the colors at Hobby Lobby or you can purchase kits of diamonds on Amazon. I would have stopped at the refund but the "painting" is so darn cute when complete. The cutest "painting" I've ever done! Good luck!

Hello, Our product has no glue. There is a piece of pink glue in the tool kit.

Q: Does it come with everything I need

No, does not come with enough diamonds or clay. The seller says to contact them for more, but they don't do anything about it. Just buy a different kit.

Q: Can you fold it up when you aren't working on it?

You can but you need to be careful. Some of the Diamond may come off. I loosely roll mine instead of folding. The diamonds stay in place.
