They weigh 12.2 pounds each. They feel good in my hands and they appear to be well made.I use them when I do heavy DB presses.I previously purchased the shorter 15” DBs which have a short 4” sleeve. The 20” DBs have a 6.70” sleeve allowing additional plates! Win!

The loading part is ribbed and not smooth even though it looks smooth in the pictures so that's a plus. The bearings are very smooth and the knurling is aggressive. Very good quality.

Just load them up and lift away.

These handles have good hand grips and fit the 2 inch plates nicely. I have only used 50 pounds on each handles but there was no issue. I do not trust the metal clamps so I substituted a different clamp set. You do need clamps. There is just barely enough grip left on the ends to do some two handed pullovers with warmup or stretching amount of weight, but for any kind of chest push or back pull these are perfect.

You have a lot of room to grab the bar as you add more weight to these bars…. To put on more arm strength!!!!!!

These dumbell olympic bars provide a amazingly affordable alternative to the ridiculous prices of weight right now. Though it does not quite provide the ease of access and versatility of of an adjustable dumbell set, or solid dumbells themselves....in this market they do the job. Not do pricy as solid dumbells, and unlike adjustables, a solid allen key construction that WILL NOT BREAK.Thank you UBOWAY
