Nice hood range
This is a very nice hood range! The noise level on it is very quiet. Everyone that comes into my kitchen remarks on how nice it looks.

Ducted is recommended
I bought this range hood online and had a contractor install it and connect it to the outside. I hate having strong cooking smells linger and spread in the house. The suction is decently strong and, given some time, it clears up smells from the kitchen fairly well. I've used ductless ones in the past and they just aren't as effective. Overall, it's a solid investment for maintaining a fresh-smelling home.

A lot of suction power.
I have a BBQ shed that I use all winter long. I needed a way to remove the smoke to the outside. I have a pellet grill and on startup it creates a huge amount of smoke for a couple minutes. It would choke you without being able to vent it outside. This was a great rice on Prime Days. I had been looking at it before then and pulled the trigger at that time. The mounting instructions are just simply wrong. the recommended height above the cooking surface is 26 to 30 inches. Being a shed, I had to put a cross piece between two studs horizontally. Cooking surface is 30 inches high, so I put it at 62 inches. What they don't tell you is that the hanging bracket on the back is at least 8 inches above the base of the vent. Had to take it down, raise the horizontal and rehang. I still find it too low when the grills are outside for the summer and have smacked my head off of it 7 times putting the finishing touches on the shed. The curved glass looks very nice, but it will sneak up on you. You don't notice it until your head smacks off of it. And I am not tall.It is powerful, grass under the vent cap on the outside will blow from 10 feet above it. I will use that high setting for the startup process then use the lowest for the remainder of the cook. Powerful, great looking hood.

The power cord is too short and should abld ro come out on the side of the unit
The appliance works very well and is very food value for money in teems of workmanship and material quality however there are a few things i believe that both the supplier / manufacturer should look at- first the power cable only comes out from the top so if you have a high ceiling and the unit does not reach the ceiling you will have a long cable comimg from the top all the way back down and along the side over the glass part etc to reach the power outlet- the cord that the unit comes with is very short-Secondly the adjustable cover, the one that goes on top fits very loosely and vibrates quite a bit,Third the baffles or screens through which the air flows rattles very loudly from t he low speed to high speed,A six inch clamp should be optional for fixing the flex duct to the fan outlet,

I'm thrilled with it's performance.
I recently purchased the Comfee Curved Glass Range Hood (CVG30W9AST) and I'm thrilled with its performance! This 30-inch range hood boasts a powerful 450 CFM, ensuring that cooking odors are efficiently removed from my kitchen. The gesture-sensing and touch control panel are not only sleek but also incredibly convenient, allowing me to adjust settings with ease. The stainless steel design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen, and the option to use it as ductless or ducted is a great feature. The baffle filters are effective at trapping grease and are easy to clean. The 2 LED lights provide ample illumination over the cooking area. Overall, this range hood has exceeded my expectations, and I give it a solid 5 out of 5 stars!

Works and Looks Great
I'm very satisfied with it. It looks and works great. The high setting is loud but you can feel the suction power.Installation was pretty easy and the between the installation video on the listing and the included material, I had no issues installing it.I already had power and exhaust out of my roof so I just connected to them but mounting it to the wall was easy. The LED lights are the right amount of brightness. Not too bright or dim. After some research, I went with the 36in model over my 30in stove. The picture I attached is what it looks like but it'll look even better once I finish the wall tiles.

Touch quit working after 6 months!
The media could not be loaded. This vent-a-hood looks really nice, but I do not recommend! We purchased this less than seven months ago and the touch part has already quit working. The only way we can turn it on is by using the “wave” sensor. However, I use this for a soft light at night in my kitchen, but now I can no longer do that. Since we can only turn it on with the “wave” feature, that activates the vent-a-hood and the light at the same time, there’s no way to only have the light without the vent-a-hood part running constantly. It also comes with a sticker on there that when you remove that leaves a glue that is impossible to remove. And since the touch feature has already quit working, I have no doubt that the wave sensor will quit very shortly. This is a brand new remodel and I am so sad that my new vent-a-hood is basically junk.
