Amazon & Google stand behind this Product
I bought one of these in November last year after spending $100 on three very promising alternatives....they sucked! I don't request a refund on Junk under $50, as I am much more satisfied with SMASHING them with a 4-pond sledge (I've done this three times before purchasing a Fitbit exercise watch...Had I only known??? So, Fitbit had to face my very new confirmational bias with ALL Health watched. Garmin did set the bar really, really high, but they are really, really proud of their product. From my perspective, this is an absolutely awesome product for we "duffers" (buy the subscription if you are a hard-core exerciser). I don't know why they don't tell you this...but...- DON'T purchase the monthly suscription if you are just wanting to know your weekly stats.- The App needs to connect to your device from time-to-time (I don't allow Google carte blanch- You HAVE to "SYNCH" with your device a couple times a day (especially if you won't allow it "automatically"- I gave this a such a sad review (confirmational Bias), that they refused to post it because i didn't understand- Once I understood how to update the various parameters, It was sooo consistant, I bought one for my wife- VERY, Very Important! Write that serial number down (on the box) and tuck it away (if they fail, it's within 90 days)- Google buying FitBit only shows their business sense, In this instance..."Don't hate the player...Hate the game)- Until Garmin "Gets It"...FitBit has one satisfied and repeat customer.

What I Had Been Looking For
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve had this now for a month and a half and I love it so much. It’s a simple fitness tracker, but offers tons of common workouts. It will also auto start if I forget to on a walk. The vibration is high for alarms when I am in a deep sleep and will wake me up. It also has appeared to track my steps correctly. I have no complaints at all! After coming from another smart watch that could do TONS, this is just what I was looking for- more simple with way less features but still gave me everything I wanted. The app is great too for looking at my sleep and heart rate. Overall, I’m very pleased and would recommend, which I already have.

Like it, but don't love it.
I bought this watch because I wanted a watch / fitness tracker that does three things well:1) Keep track of my steps.2) Receive text message and phone call notifications.3) Have a long battery life where I don't feel like I am charging it every other night.I prefer a watch that does not have apple pay, a speaker, a bigger screen, or other features/factors that make it feel more like a second phone on my wrist. That being said, this watch does have some have extra features that I do like. The main pros:- The battery life is great. Three months into owning it, I am at about a 6-7 day average between charges.- It appears to be waterproof so far. It does have a water lock mode as well, but I usually just take it off before showers or swimming.- It is nice and light. I enjoy the slim profile compared to bigger bulkier watches. It is overall comfortable.- It is pretty durable. I am pretty rough on it as far as wearing this when working outside or doing things that could potentially scratch it and bang it up. It does have two very small scratches on the screen that are 100% my fault. The scratches are not visible when the watch face is on - only when the screen is off.- The band is secure. I owned and returned the amazon fitness tracker because the band for that watch constantly came undone and the replacement bands were no better.- I was not expecting to enjoy or even use the alarm feature on this watch, but I use it constantly. It helps wake me up without waking my wife up.The main cons:- There is not a 'watch face' available that 100% of the time shows how many steps I have for the day. I currently have the watch face that shows the number of steps when I initially wake the screen, but I will sometimes accidently bump the screen and the number of steps will cycle to my hear rate, or my zone minutes, or something else. I wish there was a watch face option where the number of steps was the only metric shown on the watch face minus the time and date. Of course, my number of steps is usually only one or two swipes away, but I would prefer zero swipes. This is not the end of the world to most people I am sure, but it is annoying for me personally considering what I wanted out of this watch.- Cannot see overall number of steps for the day during a walk exercise - just the number of steps on the current walk exercise. You need to enter the Fitbit app on your phone to see the number of steps total for the day.- When I allowed my Google account to merge with the Fitbit app, the exercises on the watch got a little goofy. Meaning the exercises do not display on my watch like I have it ordered in the app.Overall, I do like this watch and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a watch to do the three things I mentioned above.

I wear it on my ankle. So accurate ❤️
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have an Apple Watch recommended by my Cardiologist, which I love, but I never thought it was accurate for my steps. Especially when I’m pushing my grocery cart around or holding on the treadmill bar. I’m old. I want to be safe 😀 my Fitbit is awesome. So accurate for counting my steps. I highly recommend it. Oh, and I wear it on my ankle. They make all kinds of ankle bands available on Amazon. I wear the larger wrist band that came with my Fitbit on my ankle.

Very convenient
This product is really nice, I get messages from my iPhone on it and I can even answer calls with it, it makes going to work super convenient, it’s been a few days and I havnt had any complaints about it, I personally would get a stand up charger for it because idk how sturdy the cord is going to be, but other then that I love it

Functional and accurate
I've had my Inspire 3 for about 4 years now and numerous trips. While other models have had issues with software etc, I've NEVER had an issue with it. It logs my sleep accurately, with Google health the data syncs across the Fitbit app, Google Health app, Samsung Health, and my Withings app. The battery life is best when I have the watch band tighter but even loose it's lasted 6-7 days. I charge it when I need to shower. It does what I need it to do without being too big on my wrist or needing to be coddled. I've found the official wrist bands to be the best for my skin (there are others on Amazon you can try). The sleep measurement was my main focus and I'm glad it's still logging everything correctly.
