Really easy to swallow. Fishy burp soon after swallowing. I like them.
Even with the fishy burp that I have experienced (not every time but I should mention it), I like these. They are a really convenient way to ingest some extra fish oil. I find them really easy to swallow.I’ve been supplementing my diet with such products for years. I had a large bottle of cod liver oil, at one time, and would swallow spoonfuls of the stuff. I quickly became used to the taste and I’d even say I like it. I have noticed that, a while after taking these, I sometimes burp and it does taste fishy. Not a bad thing in my opinion and it does mean that they are, most probably, exactly what the label says. The bottle did smell, when I put my nose in, immediately after pulling off the seal. Again not a problem for me but a fact nonetheless. The capsules don’t have any taste that I could detect and, to reiterate, they are really easy to swallow.I like them.

Good but dose is a little low for 120 then again its only 5 quid. Doesn't taste or smell of fish
The media could not be loaded. EPA and DHA aren't high enough for 120 capsules, you take 2 per day, didn't taste or smell of fish though. You can get 1 year supply for this kind of dose at 12 quid of EPA 180mg and DHA 120mg that is per softgel capsule. While it is decent dose, it isn't for the price vs dose. You must understand though that this fish oil omega 3 DHA and EPA are very important for the brain and heart health and must either eat fish and seafood + plant for optimum health or take this supplement. Either one will do but must choose one as they are very very healthy for the body, they help the eyes, brain and heart top 3 most important parts of your body next to kidneys and liver of course. As someone that lives in the UK the only supplements one should take is Vitamin-D cause virtually no Sun and Fish oils the rest is negligible and easily comes from all types of foods. This way you won't spike your kidney or liver damage. I'd recommend getting this fish oil or the like that also contains vitamin-D There was one that comes with 365 softgels for 12 quid. This product is good though big, but I found personally easy to swallow with some water, there is a bit of Vitamin-E in this too which is another important supplement for us humans, just remember also have more omega 3 fatty acids than omega 6 in ratio its the healthier balance. This product is high in omega 3.I think as long as the price doesn't increase past 5 quid I'd recommend it, but these supplements are really cheap to create thanks to the fact there are trillions of fish and they keep growing every second, and if you eat fish and seafood in general these supplements are unnecessary. Nevertheless this is an above average product.

Contains gelatine and cannot be guaranteed to be nut free
The headline information doesn't cause me any issues but it may do for some consumers. I think it is well worth mentioning to save them some time. These fish oils seem to be in the standard ratio.Fairly large softgel shaped capsules, so make sure you do have water to drink them down. The PBN information (you'll need to peel back the label on the container to see the further product details) states to consume the product within 3 months of opening. This may be problematic if you only take 1 per day, but not so if you take 2 per day. I am a bit unsure why they need to be used within 3 months of opening and cannot recall similar products stating this timeframe. The container has two types of seals. An outer perforated plastic wrap and a seal which is visible after taking off the lid.At the time of doing this review the product is listed at £5.49. I think this is good value for this amount of fish oils softgels in the stated quantities.

Excellent value and decent strength Omega supplement
Fish oil supplements used to be a very expensive thing to purchase just a few years ago, but with a whopping 120 capsules in each bottle, this product from the extensive PBN range marks a departure from the high-price, low-quantity also-rans of the nutrition-boosting world. The capsules are firmer than most I've tried over the years but if anything that makes them easier to swallow for me, and there is no fishy taste despite the relatively high quantity of oils present here. The grade and purity seem very good - I feel the comfort benefit in my eyes and vision when I am taking Omega-3 in decent amounts and I felt that difference within a day or two of starting to take these, so I am happy with the effects and value of this very well-produced and priced product and would recommend them.

Not strong enough for any real benefit.
The problem with these cheap low dose supplements is that most people will take them in the belief that "something is better than nothing". And so you sit there on a morning with your glass of water, surrounded by a dozen bottles of tablets and capsules, none of which in reality are giving you any benefit at all. As a nutritionist said to me, you're better off paying twenty pounds for something that works, than paying a fiver for something that doesn't.These are simple to swallow, leave no aftertaste, but you have to take so many of them that you may as well have just bought a more expensive high dose one-a-day in the first place.

Nice
Having taken cod liver oil for a long time! We are now turning to fish oil..which is its own is just as good but does hold different qualities..these nice shaped oul capsules are easy to swallow there is no after taste...im pleased with this productSo here is some research i did..Cod liver oil and fish oil are two different healthsupplements.Fish oil is usually extracted from the flesh of fatty fish like:herringtunaanchoviesmackerelsalmonWere as....Cod liver oil, as the name implies, comes from the livers of codfishes.Thirty percent of fish oil is pure omega-3 fatty acidsLike taking any new supplement read all about it..and inform your doctorEveryines body is differentAnd lastly Do not take fish oil and cod liver oil togetherYou can visit the National Institutes of Health database of dietary supplement labels if you want to research a particular brand.
