I'm giving a 4 stars review because is my second bottle and I don't have the same results like the first one. The first bottle of ashoka did amazing! My hot flushes were gone within days. This second bottle is taking longer but is helping. I guess I have to be patient. I will buy it again.

If you’re thinking about it, just buy it. I usually purchase another brand but opted for this one because of the higher dosage for the same price. I was on Nexplanon years ago and it ruined my hormones. My periods are irregular, sometimes they will be seven days long but more frequently I find that I will have periods that last two-three months with long gaps between periods where I will then in turn grow ovarian cysts. Ashoka has helped me *every time*. When I’m having a ridiculously long period I will take Ashoka and it will stop the period, if I’m two months late and miserable it will regulate me and start my period. Most recently right before purchasing I’ve had months of hormonal breakouts because of my period maybe? starting and then deciding not to. My cysts were giving me sharp pangs in my side and back pain and three days after taking this supplement my period finally started! My skin is finally calming down and I can feel my emotions are balancing themselves out. The only thing I’ve ever been recommended by doctors is birth control and after Nexplanon I’m scared of it, so if you are in the same boat or just need help with regulation, hormones, and uterine health buy this! The pills are more on the natural side, they are more earthy since it’s just the herb but it’s barely noticeable.

The box says that the Ashoka is Rubia Cordifolia. This is wrong!Rubia Cordifolia is Latin name for Manjishta, another Ayurvedic herb. Now, how can one be sure what herb they take in the pills? It this just a typographic error or more than that?This kind of error is unacceptable when dealing with medicines to be injested by humans.

It expires in 2 months , I have to hurry to finish it before that, disappointed

I had no idea that Amazon had such a huge range of natural health aids until just a few years ago, covering more concerns and conditions than I thought possible at such a great value in comparison to other treatment options. When I looked into Ashoka, I was shocked at how much Ashoka could help with. There are cautions as well, so make sure you look into them yourself first, but it is worth looking into. Sometimes, if I'm lucky, I come across a wonderful intersection of quality, quantity, and speed with a price that ensures longer usage.I just started taking this about a week ago, so it is still building up in my system. These are tablets, not capsules, so they can be a little trickier to swallow. I didn't have any issues with the flavor or smell when taking these, but they can get stuck or scratch a bit on the way down. I break mine in two and just do half in the morning and the other half in the evening. These can be a little harder on the stomach, so by starting small and building up, I am hoping that this will allow the Ashoka to build up without the tummy troubles. I had a bit of cramping after the second day when I was taking both in the morning, so I dropped down to the half. The confusing part for me is that one of the things that this should help with is stomach troubles, yet it can cause them as well. though much calmer with the smaller dose.There are different ways to prepare Ashoka for different applications and using different parts of the plant (seed, bark, flower, etc.). When looking at the packaging, I am not showing what part of the plant this is from. I am assuming that this is like compressed mulch from all the different parts. I am noticing my stomach is starting to handle it better. I have trouble with my stomach lining, and I am sure most people will not struggle with these same issues. I wanted to share just in case someone else has similar issues; they may be able to do the same to still be able to use this. I have found myself being able to eat more throughout the day without feeling so ill afterwards and having stomach spasms if I do get sick. This is still really new, but the last couple of days have been great; I don't have the shaky feeling or dizziness, and that alone I would be happy with. The next few weeks will say a great deal more, but I am remaining optimistic. I am going to give it another week before I add a third half, just to be safe.I know when it comes to herbal supplements, the quality of the ingredients will play such an enormous role in their effectiveness and side effects. Though I would like to see what parts of the plant are used and perhaps some additional recommendations on the best way to take these to maximize absorption, the quality is pretty good so far. When it comes to when and how to take the supplement there are so many options, empty stomach, with food, at bedtime, two hours before a meal, etc., a little advice would be good. Also there are alternative ways to take Ashoka topically, could these be dissolved to use topically as well to increase the versatility. There are not a bunch of fillers in the tablets; the seal was intact, and this is a really amazing ingredient at an awesome value.
