Ah, I'm so glad I bought these! My 3 year old was a persistent thumb sucker. I'm talking, all the time... when she was watching tv... when she was bored... when she was in the car... when she slept... constantly the thumb was in the mouth. It had gotten to the point where we could notice her teeth being affected so when I would see her sucking it, I would remind her "thumb out" and for an instant she would take it out. But seconds later, it was back in her mouth. I'm mad at myself for not thinking about something like this sooner. Yes, other reviews may mention that their kid can take them off. But I told my daughter that only mommy takes them off unless I tell her she can, like before eating - and she listens to me about that.The moment I tried these gloves she was so excited to wear them! The excitement faded within a couple days but she still listened and wore them. I will tell you, its incredible how fast she broke her habit. The first couple nights, she was a little restless at bedtime, as that was her prime thumb comfort time, but after the second night, she fell asleep with ease. She is no longer a thumb sucker and I couldn't be happier. She told me, I don't suck my thumb anymore cause I'm a big girl!She also enjoys the different pattern options and would pick the pattern for the day. Thanks!

Patterns are cute but they weren’t great for my determined thumb sucking toddler. The tightner bead isn’t strong or locks in place. The material is maybe a little too stretchy. My daughter was always able to pull her thumb out through the fingers hole & get it off. I once tied the base near her wrist really tight so she couldn’t pull her fingers through and she literally ended up biting and ripping it to get it off, the material is pretty thin so she was successful. Also they aren’t the best for regular toddler use. They get dirty really fast and I would always have to take it off and try to put it back on for washing her hands

Fits perfect on my 6 year old, they’re very comfortable and thin, they can be easily washed, and the designs are very cute! He loves wearing them! Good price!

Super cute. Thought they would work for my daughter but they didn't. She wouldnt even put them on!

Good quality although gloves can quickly become dirty. The material is soft. My daughter did become conscious of wearing these in front of others so it was difficult to keep her in them, but we consistently come back to them.

Easily removed. My toddler figured it out in 5 minutes and removed .

I used this glove on my 3 year old. He is of normal size and it fit his hand slightly loose but it comes with a strap to adjust. Great product but easy to remove by the child.

If your kid is into weird things on his hands so much so that he will not take them off, then this might work. They are easy to take off and did not last 2 seconds.
